By using deepsoch.ai or any Deepsoch AI product, tool, or API, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the site. Individual products may have additional terms; where they conflict, the product-specific terms take precedence.
You agree to use the site lawfully and in good faith. You will not: interfere with the site’s availability or integrity; access systems, data, or accounts that are not yours; scrape, crawl, or automate the site in a way that harms us or other users; upload or transmit material that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful; or misrepresent yourself or impersonate another person, company, or entity.
Access to Deepsoch AI products and APIs is subject to: no sharing, reselling, or sublicensing access without written permission; no use of our products to build a directly competing product; usage subject to rate limits and fair use policies; and we may suspend access for violations or misuse.
You may not use Deepsoch AI products to create non-consensual synthetic media intended to deceive or harm, generate content that violates intellectual property rights, or produce content that violates any applicable law.
All products, software, algorithms, model architectures, and content on the site are owned by Deepsoch AI. You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process it solely to deliver the service you requested. We do not use your uploaded content to train our models without explicit written consent.
AI-generated outputs are produced by automated systems. We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use.
Fees are stated in INR or USD as applicable. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or stated explicitly in our refund policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deepsoch AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Deepsoch AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the services or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, without prior notice, for breach of these Terms or at our discretion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
