1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI Suits platform ("Platform"), operated by Deepsoch AI Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in India. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Services and Usage

The Platform provides AI-powered tools for generating images, videos, audio, and other creative content. Services are offered on a pay-as-you-go basis. Each model execution is charged at the rate displayed on the pricing page at the time of execution.

4. Wallet and Payments

Credits are added to your wallet through our payment gateway. All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). Credits are non-transferable between accounts. The Company reserves the right to modify pricing at any time, with changes taking effect for future executions only.

5. Intellectual Property

Content generated through the Platform using your prompts and inputs is owned by you, subject to the underlying model providers' terms. The Platform, its design, code, and branding remain the intellectual property of Deepsoch AI Private Limited.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or violates any third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without notice or refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deepsoch AI Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding twelve months.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
