Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Pay-As-You-Go Model

AI Suits operates on a pay-as-you-go model. You add credits to your wallet and credits are deducted when you use AI models. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or auto-renewals.

2. Wallet Top-Up Refunds

Refunds for wallet top-ups may be requested within 7 days of the transaction, provided the credits have not been used. To request a refund, contact us at support@deepsoch.com with your order ID and registered email address.

3. Used Credits

Credits that have been used for model executions are non-refundable. AI model executions consume computational resources immediately and cannot be reversed.

4. Failed Executions

If a model execution fails due to a platform error (not due to invalid inputs), the credits will be automatically refunded to your wallet. If an automatic refund does not occur, contact our support team with the job details.

5. Payment Processing Issues

If a payment is debited from your bank account but credits are not reflected in your wallet, the amount will be automatically credited upon verification. If the issue persists beyond 24 hours, contact us with your transaction reference.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.

7. Account Closure

If you wish to close your account, any remaining unused credits may be refunded upon request, subject to the conditions above. Contact us to initiate account closure and refund.
